How to Enable the Mango Voice Integration

Learn how to enable your Mango Voice integration to utilize click-to-call, call log summaries, and voicemail notifications in Dental Intelligence

If you utilize Mango Voice as your VoIP provider, take advantage of the Dental Intelligence functionality available with this direct integration. The Engagement Module must be included in your Dental Intelligence subscription in order to utilize the Mango Voice integration.

Dental Intelligence integrates with Mango Voice. Follow the instructions below to complete the integration.

If you are interested in using screen pops but are using a VolP service that is NOT Mango, please follow the instructions here instead.

Step 1: Locate Your Remote ID in Dental Intelligence

To find your Remote ID for the Mango Voice integration:

  1. Click on Settings > Partners

  2. Click on the Mango tab

  3. Click on the copy icon next to your Remote ID to copy it

Step 2: Add the DI Remote ID to Your Mango Account

  1. Click on Admin the left side menu

  2. Click on Integrations, then click on the Dental Intelligence tile

  3. Click the Status toggle button to switch it On. In the Remote ID field,
    paste the Remote ID you previously copied from Dental Intelligence, then click Update Integration

Step 3: Provide Your Mango API Key to Dental Intelligence

  1. In the left side menu of your Mango portal, click on Admin

  2. Click on API Access at the bottom of the leftside menu, then copy the generated API key in the Combined Token field

  3. Provide your combined token to your onboarding specialist or DI support team member so that they can connect the integration with Dental Intelligence

Lastly, Enable Mango Screen Pops and Set Up Extensions

  1. Go back to your Dental Intelligence dashboard and navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right hand corner

    Important note: If you are unable to access Settings or make changes, you have not been granted permission in your user profile. Contact an admin team member in your practice to enable access or work with them to complete the steps outlined in the instructions below. Click here to learn how to update user permissions.

  2. Next, click on Partners > Mango. Check the box next to Mango Screen Pops to enable screen pops

  3. Lastly, navigate to the Users tab within the Settings. On each user that should receive screen pops, you will need to click Edit and then click on the Integrations section of their profile.

    ​In the Extension number for Screen Pops field, enter the specific extension that user should receive screen pops for, or simply enter an asterisk (*) if they should receive screen pops for all calls
