You can now conveniently navigate back and forth between all of your different Dental Intelligence products that include Analytics, Engagement, DI Insurance, and LocalMed using the Product Switcher in the top bar navigation.
Important note: Users must be created in each product before being able to switch between them. Creating an Engagement user does not create a user in Analytics, and vice versa. Each Dental Intelligence account is set up independently.
Using the Product Switcher
Things to know before using the Product Switcher
If you use the same email address as your login for each product, then you will be able to connect and switch between your software applications.
If different emails are used to login to Dental Intelligence Analytics, Engagement [Modento], or LocalMed:
Analytics to Engagement [Modento] - users will be prompted to login to the product being switched to in order to connect the accounts
Analytics to LocalMed - users will be prompted to login to the product being switched to in order to connect the accounts
LocalMed to Engagement [Modento] - users will be required to enter the login credentials when switching between these products
How to Switch Between Products
Click the Product Switcher Icon in the upper right hand corner
Select the Software Product you want to switch to:
Analytics
Engagement [Modento]
DI Insurance
LocalMed
The first time you use the product switcher:
Login with your user name and password for software you are switching to
Click to Connect Accounts
Once your accounts are connected you will be able to switch back and forth between your different software products without logging in separately to each of your software packages.
Important: If you do not use the same email to login to these different software products then you may be prompted to enter your login credentials when switching between your software applications.
