Engagement [Modento] Templates allow you to create quick load messages to send in bulk or to individual patients. Watch this video to learn more about the Templates feature:

Step by Step Instructions:
Access Settings
Go to the Templates tab
Access Formatted Emails or Direct Messages
Select the Down Arrow to view the existing templates
Select the Eye Icon to preview
Click Copy to Custom in the template preview to create copy and update the template
Or select the Copy Icon from the Down Arrow menu to create a copy and customize
Click into the text box to adjust content and add placeholders by selecting the Insert Placeholders drop down menu
Click Save when custom template is complete

To create a template from scratch follow these steps:
Above the Custom list, select Create New
Select Category and fill out the content fields
Here you can add placeholders by selecting the Insert Placeholders drop down menu
Click Create
Once you have created this template, it will appear in your Custom column. You can Edit or Archive these by selecting the Three Dot Menu
