Step by Step Instructions:
Access Settings
Go to Practice Setup
Click on Birthday Messages
Select the Automated Birthday Messages check box
Select Send Message At time
Use the Skip Patients field to avoid sending birthday messages to patients seen outside of the selected time frame
Select Delivery Channel Preference
Click Save
