Managing user permissions & access to Engagement is essential to ensure they are able to complete daily tasks and efficiently communicate with patients. Here are the steps to edit and delete existing users in your Engagement dashboard:
How to Edit an Existing User Profile
If you are making changes to a user that has never added their Role and PMS Provider selections, they will not be able to save any changes until they add those in. Please make sure to select the user Role and PMS Provider to save your changes.
Access Settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
Click on the Users tab
Use the search bar to search for a user by name or filter users by role
Click on Edit under the user's name to open their profile
Make the desired changes and then click the blue Save User button to finish
How to Delete an Existing User Profile
Access Settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
Click on the Users tab
Use the search bar to search for a user by name or filter users by role
Click Delete under the user's name
Confirm account deletion by selecting Yes
