In order to manually send Loyalty points to patients, the patient must be an active Mobile App user. Refer to this article to learn more about the patient facing Modento App.


How to Send Loyalty Points Manually

  1. Access the patient's 3 Dot Menu

  2. Hover over Communication

  3. Select Send a Direct Message

  4. Add Text, choose a Quick-Load message and Placeholders as needed

  5. Then click the Mobile App + Push Delivery Channel option

    1. If this option is not available, this means they are not a mobile app user & cannot receive loyalty points

  6. Select the Give Loyalty Points check box & enter in the Number of Points you would like to reward the patient

  7. Click Send
