Sending Loyalty Points to Patients Manually

In order to manually send Loyalty points to patients, the patient must be an active Mobile App user. Learn more about inviting patients to use the Modento Patient mobile app here.

How to Send Loyalty Points to a Patient Manually

  1. Click on the patient name to open the patient card

  2. Click on the present icon and then choose Add points

  3. Enter in the number of points (up to 500) you would like to reward the patient, then add a message for the patient (shown in the app)

  4. Click Add to send the points/message to the patient
