There are multiple metrics tracking Today's Scheduled Production throughout the Dental Intelligence portal. These metrics have differing logics or definitions, depending on where you are looking. This relates directly to the Performance Board and the Morning Huddle. Refer to the following information to learn about these criteria

Today's Production Logic

Morning Huddle

The Morning Huddle displays Gross Scheduled Production for the day. This number will match with the Provider Pulse's Production metric when the Production Type filter is adjusted to Gross Production.

Be sure to change the Date Range to "Today" in the Provider Pulse to ensure you are viewing the correct data. To adjust the Production Type in the Provider Pulse, simply select the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and select Gross Production:

Ticker (Performance Board)

The Ticker's Today's Scheduled Production metric (found on the Performance Board), uses historical data to create a ratio between your gross production and your net production. We then use that data to estimate todays net production from your gross production for the day. This metric does depend on your Production Settings being set to Net Production. In order to adjust these settings, refer to this article.

When Net Production by Procedure Type is selected in the Production Settings, the Today's Scheduled Production number in the Ticker will match with Provider Pulse's Production when the Production Type filter is also set to Net Production (by procedure date). Be sure to change the Date Range to "Today" in the Provider Pulse to ensure you are viewing the correct data.
