Engagement [Modento] has the ability to push Comm Log notes directly into your Eaglesoft. These notes can be visible in the patient's Account page and/or their Note History page.


If you would like to adjust your settings so that the Engagement [Modento] comm logs do not appear in the Account page, refer to the following steps.

How to Stop Comm Logs from Appearing in the Account Page in Eaglesoft

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. In Eaglesoft, open up the Accounts page of a patient

  2. Select Edit Filter

  3. Then deselect Clinical Notes

  4. Click Apply Filters


If you would like to adjust your settings so that the Engagement [Modento] comm logs do not appear in the Note History page, refer to the following steps.

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. In Eaglesoft, open up the Note History page of a patient

  2. Select Filter

  3. Deselect General note type

  4. Click Ok


Note: Changes to these settings will be applied to all patients.
