How to Adjust Where Communication Appears in Eaglesoft

Learn how to adjust where Dental Intelligence commlog notes appear within Eaglesoft

Dental Intelligence can send communication notes directly into Eaglesoft, where they may appear on the patient's Account or Note History page. If you want to stop these notes from showing in Eaglesoft, follow the steps below.

Hide Communication from the Eaglesoft Account Page

To prevent Dental Intelligence communication from appearing on the Eaglesoft Account page:

  1. Open the patient's Account page in Eaglesoft

  2. Click Edit Filter

  3. Uncheck Clinical Notes

  4. Click Apply Filters


Hide Communication from the Eaglesoft Note History Page

To prevent Dental Intelligence communication logs from showing in the Eaglesoft Note History page:

  1. Open the patient's Note History page in Eaglesoft

  2. Click Filter

  3. Uncheck General note type

  4. Click Ok

Note: These changes will apply to all patients.
