Engagement [Modento] has the ability to push Commmunication notes directly into Eaglesoft. These notes can be visible in the patient's Account page and/or their Note History page.

How to Stop Communication from Appearing in the Account Page in Eaglesoft

If you would like to adjust your settings so that the Engagement [Modento] communications do not appear in the Account page, refer to the following steps.

  1. In Eaglesoft, open up the Accounts page of a patient

  2. Select Edit Filter

  3. Then deselect Clinical Notes

  4. Click Apply Filters


How to Stop Communication from Appearing in the Note History Page in Eaglesoft

If you would like to adjust your settings so that the Engagement [Modento] comm logs do not appear in the Note History page, refer to the following steps.

  1. In Eaglesoft, open up the Note History page of a patient

  2. Select Filter

  3. Deselect General note type

  4. Click Ok

Note: Changes to these settings will be applied to all patients.
