Within your Engagement [Modento] dashboard, you can view and manage notifications that will let you know exactly what is going on within your practice. Refer to the information in this article to learn how to manage incoming notifications.

Any forms submitted through Engagement [Modento] will automatically write in to your practice management software. It will also generate a PDF copy of that document and write directly in to the necessary fields to the patient’s chart.
To keep track of all paperwork being submitted and generated, the Engagement [Modento] inbox will have the information you need, stored in these notifications here:
There are two different types of notifications within the Engagement [Modento] Inbox.
Actionable notifications are alerts that let you know that you have received information that requires a manual action from a team member. Actionable notifications can be identified by the checkmark box on the upper righthand corner.
Click on Show Details to see the action that needs to be taken.
Checking the box on the upper righthand corner allows you to close the notification from your main Inbox to move it safely into the "Archived" folder.
Note: Notifications moved into the "Archived" folder are not permanently deleted, you will always have a record of them here.
Non-actionable notifications are alerts that let you know that you have received information that does not require any manual action from a team member.
These alerts will have an "x" on the upper righthand corner, which allows you to close the notification from your main Inbox to move it safely into the "Archived" folder.
Note: Notifications moved into the "Archived" folder are not permanently deleted, you will always have a record of them here. These messages can be placed back into the Inbox by clicking on the "unarchive" icon on the upper right.
Filtering Inbox Messages
As each notification appears in Engagement [Modento], there will be a color-coded tag added automatically by Engagement [Modento].
Click on the different Filter types to show notifications that have been tagged with one of the options seen below:
Note: When you receive an email in your inbox, Engagement [Modento] autodetects signature fields on emails and prevents them from loading. This helps ensure that your dashboard stays clean and uncluttered- allowing your office to practice smarter!
