DI Insurance: Eligibility Verification

Learn how to verify a patient's insurance from within the DI Insurance module

Verifying a patient’s insurance just got a whole lot easier with DI Insurance! Login to your DI Insurance module to verify a patient’s insurance. Simply enter the patient’s details to send a request and receive a response within seconds right within the platform.

Verify Eligibility

  1. Log in to DI Insurance

  2. Click the Insurance dropdown in the left side bar navigation and select the Eligibility tab

  3. Select Add Patient to verify a new patient's insurance

  4. Enter the Patient, Subscriber, Insurance, and Provider Information and click Verify

    You should receive a response on your screen within seconds

  5. Select the History tab to see insurance requests and response history

To see a list of previously verified patients, go back to your main Eligibility page. Here you may search, view or update the information to re-verify eligibility by clicking on the 3-dot menu or the Verify status shown in the Action column
