Engagement makes it easy to manage your DSO locations and ensure that the Engagement Bridge is connected to your Practice Management Software so that your system is always up to date.

What is the Engagement bridge?

The Engagement bridge is a non-interactive service installed on a single server computer, preferably where the Practice Management Software (PMS) component is installed. The Engagement bridge interacts with PMS data and connects directly with Engagement IT infrastructure. A connected bridge ensures that information is synced across both platforms so that your data remains up-to-date.


Check Bridge Status

To check the Engagement Bridge status of multiple locations in Engagement, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the upper right corner

  2. Click on the Services tab, then click Status

  3. Locate the Bridge status line item and then click View Status Link

  4. Review the status of each location in the Bridge status column

Reconnect the Bridge
