Dental Intelligence makes it easy to keep all of your communications and patient touch points branded with your practice logo. Establishing branding in email campaigns ensures professional and consistent patient communication, further reflecting your practice's identity beyond logos.
Where are these logos used?
Icon Logo: Visible on your Dental Intelligence Online Scheduling page, Patient Portal, Checkin Flyer, and the practice switcher (if multi-location).
Text messages do not support logo display; instead, only the practice name is shown based on your verbiage settings.
Big Logo: Visible on emails, forms, consents, treatment plans, and as the practice logo on the mobile app. If a big logo is not uploaded, the icon logo will be used instead. Branding updates are automatically reflected in email campaigns, ensuring consistent practice representation across communications.
What kind of file types are accepted?
You can upload JPEG or PNG files as your logo(s).
What dimensions should my logos be?
Icon Logo: 1x1 ratio
Big Logo: 5x2 ratio (max: 1024 pixels)
