Developed by the AICPA, SOC 2 is an extensive auditing procedure that ensures that a company is handling customer data securely and in a manner that protects the organization as well as the privacy of its customers. Receiving a clean SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 attestation in 2024 is an important milestone to showing our commitment to our customers and the security of their data. The rigorous, independent assessment of our internal security controls will serve as validation of our dedication and adherence to the highest standards for security.

Is Dental Intelligence a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider?
Dental Intelligence views Security & Compliance as the foundation upon which our products are built as well as how trust with our customers is earned and maintained. To achieve the PCI DSS Report on Compliance, organizations must demonstrate a systematic and documented approach to protecting and managing cardholder data. Dental Intelligence utilizes best practices to protect our customers’ cardholder data. We’re currently in the process of pursuing our PCI DSS Report on Compliance.
Dental Intelligence uses Drata to continuously manage its internal security controls against the highest possible standards. We have real-time visibility across the organization to ensure the end-to-end security and compliance posture of our systems.
Following an extensive audit by a qualified security assessor (QSA), Dental Intelligence received a ROC (Report on Compliance) and Attestation of Compliance for PCI DSS 3.2 in February 2024 which confirmed we meet the highest standards for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually managing all cardholder data.
