Dental Intelligence Account Billing Information

Learn how to find your Dental Intelligence subscription details within Dental Intelligence Settings

Understand your Dental Intelligence subscription details and update your payment method directly in Settings > Billing.

In order to access and update the payment method(s) in the Billing tab in Settings, you must be an Admin user with full permissions.

What's Inside

Subscription Plan

If you have questions about what Dental Intelligence modules that you currently have included in your subscription, just navigate to Settings > Billing.

The Subscription Plan section of the Billing tab shows the name of the module that is currently included in your subscription along with the following details:

  • Plan start and end date

  • Next billing date

  • Monthly plan cost

Payment Details

In the Payment Details section of the Billing tab, you can view the current payment method currently being billed for your subscription as well as add a new payment method if you ever wish to change the card on file.

To add a new payment method:

  1. From the Billing tab in Settings, click the Add payment method button

  2. Add the card details (card number, expiration, CVV)

  3. Add the card billing details (name on card and full billing address)

  4. When finished click Add

Note: The most recently added card will become the default payment method. A default payment method cannot be deleted. To change which card is set as your default payment method, click on the 3-dot menu and choose Set as Default. The default card will be tagged with a Default badge.

To edit the default payment method:

  1. Click on the pencil icon next to the card number

  2. Update the expiration date or CVV code, then click Save

If you need to make additional changes to the default payment method beyond the expiration date and CVV code, follow the steps to add a new payment method, then delete the outdated card.

To delete a payment method, click on the trashcan icon next to the card number, then click Delete.

Billing Details

In the Billing Details section, view the account holder's name and contact information. To make changes to the name, email address, or physical billing address on file, click on the pencil icon.

Billing & Invoice History

In the Billing History section of the Billing tab, you can view past payment dates, the amount billed, and the invoice status (paid or unpaid).

If your account is past due or the payment method on file has failed, upon logging in to Dental Intelligence you'll see a red banner across the top of your screen alerting you to update your payment method in the Billing tab of Settings.

To resolve a past-due balance, use the secure link provided in your account notification to update your payment information. This link is unique to your account and ensures secure processing of your payment details. Prompt resolution of past-due balances ensures uninterrupted access to your Dental Intelligence services.

If you have a past due message on your account, it will disappear once the new payment method has been re-tried and processed successfully.

In the Invoice History section, you can download copies of your account invoices, as well as view the date, amount, and status.

FAQs

What happens if I don’t resolve the past-due balance? Failure to resolve a past-due balance may result in service interruptions or additional fees. It is recommended to address the issue as soon as possible.

Can I update my payment information over the phone? While the primary method is through the secure link provided, you can contact support for guidance on alternative methods if necessary.

Is the secure link safe to use? Yes, the secure link provided in your account notification is designed to ensure the safe and secure processing of your payment information.
