Utilize the Carrier List within the DI Insurance module as a centralized database to review carrier contact information, confirm services, and review attachment requirements.
Here's how to get started:
Click on Carrier List in the left side menu of the DI Insurance portal
Use the search bar to search by carrier ID or name
⭐ Tip: Click on the star icon next to the carrier name to favorite the carrier and keep it at the top of your list for easy reference.
Next, review each column to determine the following:
Attachment: A green checkmark in this column indicates that the carrier accepts electronic attachments.
Eligibility: A green checkmark in this column indicates that the carrier participates in the manual eligibility checks within the DI Insurance portal.
ERA: A green checkmark in this column indicates that the carrier provides ERAs within the DI Insurance portal.
Real-Time Claim: A green checkmark in this column indicates that this carrier provides real-time claim information.
If you're looking for a specific service, you can also use the Filter by Service button to sort the results by the preferred accepted service
Click directly on the carrier name to drilldown into specific carrier details such as additional contact information, related websites, and services
Then, scroll down to the Attachment Requirement Lookup section, where you can use the search bar to search for specific codes or look at a range by clicking on Select Range. Then, review each attachment requirement, as well as any additional comments
