In order for your LocalMed online scheduling portal to offer appointment times and operatory availability correctly, each provider schedule in Denticon must be accurately updated and set up.
To set up provider schedules and operatories in Denticon:
From within Denticon, click Setup > Providers > Per Office Settings
Click on the provider's name and then click on the Schedules tab
Click Edit Provider. Make any changes to the provider's availability and assigned operatory. Note: the operatory that you would like LocalMed to schedule out of must be assigned to that provider with Denticon
Be sure to click Save when finished to apply your changes
Next, click the Prdr. Sched. tab and check to make sure your templates are set correctly (this is the schedule that LocalMed will read)
