After you have finished Step 1 & Step 2 you are now ready to setup Call Insight with your phone provider. Every phone system is a little different, so we have included the steps below so you can easily get this completed.
Once this step is done, or system will be notified every time a call comes into the practice and we will notify you of which patient is calling in. This will allow you to keep the front staff prepared and professional on every call.
How to Enable Call Insight on Your AT&T Phone System:
Sign into your portal at: https://www.business.att.com/ or through the AT&T Business App
Select the main practice number.
Go to Account overview --> My digital phone.
Select My voicemail & phone features --> Phone Features.
Select the Phone Features tab.
In the Feature Controls section, select the arrow to expand the Locate Me feature options.
Add your 10-digit Call Insight number to the Locate Me list.
Call Insight is now configured to work with your AT&T phone system. All you have to do now is make sure that you have the Call Insight Application downloaded and running on the workstations you would like this feature to work on. You can do so here.
