This report is intended for practice leadership and can be shared with team members to celebrate the amazing results the team are achieving from their combined efforts utilizing Dental Intelligence.

How are the numbers in the Monthly Drill Down Report calculated?

Metrics included in the Monthly Drill Down Report are taken directly from your Dental Intelligence portal and are compiled in an easy-to-read view:

  • Time-saving estimates are derived by assigning an estimated amount of time to each task performed that Dental Intelligence helps to streamline.

  • Dollars ($) collected adds up the last 4 weeks of collections processed through Dental Intelligence (terminal transactions, text to pay, and card entries).

Who receives the Monthly Drill Down Report?

Anyone marked as a practice owner, admin, or office manager on your account will receive a Monthly Drill Down Report.

How often will I receive a Drill Down Report?

The Monthly Drill Down Report is generally sent out at the beginning of each month. You'll receive a notification that your report is available via email as well as an in-app pop-up message.
