Billing History

In the Billing History section of the Billing tab, you can view past payment dates, the amount billed, and the invoice status (paid or unpaid).

If your account is past due or the payment method on file has failed, upon logging in to Dental INtelligence you'll see a red banner across the top of your screen alerting you to update your payment method in the Billing tab of Settings.

If you have a past due message on your account, it will disappear once the new payment method has been re-tried and processed successfully.
