NEW! Invite patients to schedule from the Performance Board

You can now send scheduling invitations to patients straight from the Performance Board. This makes it easier than ever to take action on opportunities surfaced in your metrics—no need to navigate away to another tool.

To start sending scheduling invites, just click on the magnifying glass icon to open source data on any of the following metrics:

  • Appointments

  • Unscheduled Patients

  • Hygiene Re-Appointment

  • Cancellations

  • No-Shows

Open the unified patient card in Analytics features

Whether you’re reviewing dashboard source data or your Morning Huddle, clicking on a patient name in any Analytics feature now directly opens the unified patient card. Enjoy a seamless connection between your data and your patient details.

Drilldown to Team Members on Location Scorecards

Location Scorecards now include team member-level drilldowns, allowing you to analyze Team Tasks performance by individual team members with a single click.

Updates to the Engagement Module

NEW! Hide sensitive patient information with the PHI Toggle

Maintain privacy with confidence. The new PHI Toggle lets you quickly hide or reveal protected health information across Engagement module features—perfect for screen shares or training sessions where patient information needs to be kept secure.

Once the toggle is enabled, patient health information will be hidden or blurred within Engagement module features.

NEW! Send detailed statements to patients in bulk

Batch-send detailed patient statements directly from Dental Intelligence. This update saves time while ensuring your patients receive clearer, more complete billing information.

Waive and refund credit card surcharging fees in Payments

If your practice has credit card surcharging enabled in Payments, you now have the ability to waive or refund surcharging fees associated with credit card transactions, offering more flexibility and improving the patient checkout experience.

When collecting payment from your physical or virtual terminal, just select 'Disable surcharging for this payment' to waive the surcharge fee for that credit card transaction.

To include surcharge fees when issuing patient refunds, turn on the 'Issue full refund (including surcharge fee)' toggle in Settings > Practice Setup > Payments.

Lefthand menu navigation update

We've made a small change to the Schedule dropdown in the lefthand navigation. The Configuration tab is now the Online Scheduling tab. Click here to review and update your Dental Intelligence Online Scheduling settings as usual.

Add a post-scheduling URL redirect to scheduling links

You can now add a post-scheduling URL redirect to your general or custom scheduling links, giving patients a more polished, trust-building experience after they've made an appointment.

If you choose to add a URL redirect to any of your scheduling links, the patient will be redirected to that URL within 3 seconds of successfully scheduling.

Manage pending scheduling invitations in LiveOps® and the Scheduling Center (Beta)

Track, review, and take action on all pending scheduling invitations from two convenient hubs: LiveOps® and the Scheduling Center. No more guessing who has or hasn’t responded, plus you can cancel pending invitations.

When proposing or scheduling an appointment from LiveOps® or the Scheduling Center, click on the ASAP List and review the following columns:

  • Patient score

  • The date the scheduling invitation was sent

  • Invitation status

This feature is now available to all Online Scheduling users as part of this update, but it is currently in beta. We’ll continue enhancing it and expanding its functionality across all Online Scheduling Action Items lists.

Additional 'Doctor Needed' and 'Anesthetics Needed' roles added to LiveOps®

Now when a patient is seated in LiveOps® and you need a doctor or anesthetics assistance chair-side, Dental Intelligence users with the following roles will be available to choose from in the selection list:

Online Scheduling Availability: 'Reset to office hours' functionality

To make managing Online Scheduling provider availability even easier, you can now use Reset to practice hours directly from the operatory list view or calendar view.


When selected, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know that your current availability for that date will be replaced with your default office hours. Once confirmed, the system automatically updates the schedule to match your practice’s standard hours.


Coming Soon to the Analytics Module

Broken Appointment Rate % metric added to patient card Stats

The patient card now includes a Broken Appointment rate percentage, giving you quick insight into appointment reliability at the individual level. To find this metric, open the patient card, then click Stats.

Add Scorecards to your Favorites for easy access

Keep your most frequently used Scorecards just a click away by adding them to your Favorites for faster, easier access. Just click on the star icon or Actions > Favorite to add them to your Favorites list.

Share Scorecard access with others directly from your Scorecard

You can now share Scorecard access directly from any open Scorecard, making collaboration easier and ensuring the right team members have visibility into performance. Just click on the group icon to select the location(s) or team member(s) to share access with.
