Whenever there is a red "DO NOT RECALL" banner on a patient's profile, Dental Intelligence will not create any Automatic Hygiene Recare, Unscheduled Broken Appointment, or Unscheduled Treatment Follow Ups for that patient. This will also prevent patients from receiving bulk & individual Online Scheduling text messages through the LocalMed and Dental Intelligence Integration.

DENTRIX:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intel if either "No Phone Calls" or "No Correspondence" are checked in Dentrix.


OPEN DENTAL:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intel if the "Preferred Recall Method" is set to "Do Not Recall" in Open Dental.


EAGLESOFT: 

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intel if "Receive Recalls" is NOT checked in Eaglesoft. 


FUSE:

The red "DO NOT RECALL" banner will show up in Dental Intel if the "Opt Out of All Communications" toggle is switched On in Fuse.
