Effective November 15th, 2025, LocalMed will be retired and we will be moving all online scheduling functionality into our unified Dental Intelligence platform within our Engagement module. With Engagement, you’ll get everything you love about LocalMed, plus powerful new tools such as:

  • Not on Engagement yet? To continue scheduling online after November 15, learn more about Dental Intelligence Online Scheduling and schedule time with an Account Manager.

If you are not sure which provider LocalMed is connected to, please log into LocalMed at (www.localmed.com/clients) and follow the steps below:

  1. Click the gear icon next to Providers Connected in the middle at the top of the page as shown below

  2. On the next page, it will show which provider IDs in Dentrix are connected to LocalMed profiles:
