Do you need to disconnect a provider in LocalMed? Follow the steps below.
Note: If you need to completely remove a provider from LocalMed, please contact our support team.
Access your Practice Overview tab
Select the Gear Icon next to Providers Connected under the LocalMed Connect section
Select the Office if you have multiple locations
Click into the Mapped tab
This categorizes all providers who are connected to a Provider / Production ID in your Practice Management Software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) which allows LocalMed to accurately connect providers to scheduled appointments
Click the Provider ID box to the right of the providers name
Then select Disconnect
