If you would like to add appointment type options that show in LocalMed for your practice in Eaglesoft, follow the instructions below!

Add a New Appointment Type

  1. In Eaglesoft, select the Lists drop down menu

  2. Hover over the OnSchedule option, then click Appointment Types

  3. Click New

  4. Type a description, set an Appt Color, and change the Duration to something the practice agrees on and that matches the "Reason for visit" being added to the widget

  5. Click OK

  6. Restart your LocalMed Connect Service so the new Appointment Type will show in the Clients App. Now you can map the Reason for Visit to the Appointment Type in EagleSoft
