Make sure you have the following "good data" going into your practice management system.

  • Ensure that proper ADA codes (this is also a legal requirement when billing) are used for all of your services

  • When Scheduling an appointment add the proper ADA codes to the appointment immediately when scheduling

What benefit do I get from attaching ADA Codes to my appointments?

  • Visits will correctly be categorized as Hygiene, Restorative, or Misc

  • My Schedule and Morning Huddle will assign visits to the correct provider

  • Scheduled production across Dental Intelligence will function as designed

  • Hygiene Re-Appointment and Hygiene Pre-Appointment will track accurately

  • Treatment Acceptance and Case metrics will work correctly

  • Hygiene Recare, for both Perio and Prophy patients, will know if a patient has been scheduled
