Pop-Up Examples

When any of the listed scenarios occur, you will get a pop-up notification on the lower righthand corner of your Engagement screen:

  • If a patient in LiveOps has been marked as "help needed"

  • If something appears in the Inbox

  • If a patient scheduled appointment using Online Scheduling

  • If a patient filled out forms

  • If a patient made payment

  • If a message has been received on Team Chat

  • Any time a patient sends a message to the practice

As long as notifications are enabled and you are logged into Engagement [Modento] on your computer, you will still receive a notification through Google Chrome.
