In the Privacy and Security tab, click on Site Settings
In Site Settings, click on Notifications
Scroll down to the Allow list and click Add
Enter office.modento.io and click Add
Windows Users: Enabling System Notification Settings
click the notifications icon in the bottom right corner of your desktop and make sure that Focus assist is turned Off
From your Applications, open the app called Notifications & Actions and make sure that notifications are enabled globally and also for Chrome specifically
Mac Users: Enabling System Notification Settings
In your System Preferences, click on Notifications & Focus
In Google Chrome, toggle on Allow Notifications
When any of the listed scenarios occur, you will get a pop-up notification on the lower righthand corner of your Engagement screen:
If a patient in LiveOps has been marked as "help needed"
If something appears in the Inbox
If a patient scheduled appointment using Online Scheduling
If a patient filled out forms
If a patient made payment
If a message has been received on Team Chat
Any time a patient sends a message to the practice
As long as notifications are enabled and you are logged into Engagement [Modento] on your computer, you will still receive a notification through Google Chrome.
