Believe it or not, the most powerful recovery tool around, just got even more powerful. Starting today, if you're set up to use our Online Scheduling feature, you can start sending mass texts and emails with real-time scheduling links from inside the new patient finder.

Let's take a quick look at how it works!

  1. Make your way to the Patient Finder.

  2. Once on the page, scroll down to the Staff Picks section and choose one of our pre-built lists, select a custom list you previously saved, or select Start From Scratch.

3. Once the patient finder instantly curates your list of patients, select the patients you'd like to schedule.

You can do this by checking the box next to each patients name, or you can select the entire list.

4. Once you've selected your patients, click the actions tab in the top right hand corner and hit "send message."

5. From here, choose your reason for sending a message, specify the type of appointment, and then select the date you'd like these patients to schedule an appointment on or after.

Currently our bulk messaging feature is only for hygiene appointment types, to send a message and schedule a patient for a restorative appointment use the scheduling button in the Patient Card!

6. Once you've added in your customizations, push send and let our powerful Online Scheduling do the rest.

And just like that, you can start proactively scheduling the best possible patients with just a few clicks.
