This article will discuss how to add a new phone number to an existing patient

Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

If a patient calls from a new number, you can add the unsaved number to the patient's contact information right from the Call Pop Up in Call Insight. Watch the video to learn how:


How to Add a Phone Number to an Existing Patient

  1. Click View on the Unknown Caller notification

  2. Select the Add to Existing Patient icon

  3. Search for the patient and click into their patient card. This will add the number to their profile
