This article will discuss how to add a contact to Call Insight that is not a patient

Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

How to Mark a Number as Other

  1. Click View on the call pop up notification

  2. Select the Other icon option

  3. Enter in the Name & add Notes as needed

  4. Click Save
