Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

Dental Intelligence wants to make sure you get the most out of you first call with a potential new patient. You can add a new patient opportunity's name, insurance, reason for call, etc., all from the Call Pop Up in Call Insights.

How to Add a New Patient Opportunity

  1. Click view on the Unknown Caller notification

  2. Select the New Patient Opportunity Icon

  3. Enter in the new patient opportunity information

  4. Click Save
