Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

Call Insight allows you to easily switch between offices if you work for multiple practices or manage the calls for multiple practices.

How to Change Practices in Call Insight

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left hand corner

  2. Select the Change Practice option

  3. Select from the list of offices you are connected to
