Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

You can use the away mode to disable the desktop notification from popping up on your screen. Watch this short video to see how to turn away mode on and off:


How to Use Away Mode in Call Insight

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left hand corner

  2. Select the Away Mode toggle button to enable or disable away mode
