Using these reports will leave less room for human error, help you predict your practice's data high and low points, and give you access to easy-to-read data at the click of a button.
How to Use DSO Reports
Step By Step Instructions:
Access the pie chart icon
Note: If you have a multiple location practice and do not see this icon in your menu, please reach out to the support team to have it enabled.
Select the desired report from the drop down menu
Select the desired date range
To export data, click on the three dot menu on the upper righthand corner and select Export Data from the drop down menu.
Compliance: This will give you a ratio of procedures completed.
Goals: This will provide metrics that show where you are at in relation to the goals you have set in the Analytics platform.
Growth Platform Activity: This will give insight on each team member's participation with practice data history and follow-ups.
Metric Drilldown: This will allow you to search a variety of different metrics based on location.
New Patients: This will track new patients by the source they were referred. Of those new patients, it will include metrics that cover cases presented/accepted, and scheduled production.
Operations: In this report, you will see all locations and how they are performing with practice operations.
Patient Payments: Here you can see how patients have submitted their payments.
Practice and Patients: This will show you practice key performance indicators, patients recaptured, and patient attrition.
Procedure Count: Here you will see the treatment presented and the treatment that was completed.
Provider: Here, you will be able to select a region and provider by role to get insight on case and dollar acceptance.
Revenue Cycle Management: This will show how efficient each practice is when it comes to collecting on completed production.
All of these reports are designed to give you a high level overview of areas of interest that will ultimately benefit your practice. From there, you can easily identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
