The reports provide a comprehensive overview of the organization's performance and are typically the starting point for leaders seeking a broad understanding of the organization's performance. They can then delve into additional reports for a more in-depth analysis of specific areas of interest.

The Operations report will include the following reports:


Summary

Purpose: The Summary report for DSO dental practices, specifically the Operations Scorecard by Location, provides a high-level, general overview of the performance of individual locations on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

Roles: Regional Manager, Practice Owner, COO/CEO/CFO, Directors


Top 20/Bottom 20

Purpose: The Top 20/Bottom 20 Report for DSO dental practices has an Operations Scorecard by Location and includes ranked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This report provides a quick and easy means of determining which locations fall within the top 20, bottom 20, and middle 60 percent of performance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

To view the Top 20/Bottom 20 on toggle on the button at the top of your reports.

Roles: Regional Manager, Practice Owner, COO/CEO/CFO, Directors


Provider

Purpose: The Provider Report for DSO dental practices gives an overview of how providers are doing across the organization. It includes information about their productivity, collections, and case acceptance. This report is like the Provider Pulse but shows all the information in one place instead of having to look at each part separately.

Roles: Regional Manager, Practice Owner, COO/CEO/CFO, CDO (Chief Dental Officer), Directors


Appointments

Purpose: The Appointment Report for DSO dental practices shows statistics about appointments, including the number of broken appointments.

Roles: Regional Manager, Practice Owner, COO/CEO/CFO, Scheduling director


Goals

Purpose: The Goals Report for DSO dental practices helps track progress and make plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. It shows which parts of the Profitability Formula needs attention to help reach the goals.
