Supported Practice Management Softwares

Analytics is compatible with the following Practice Management Software types. Check to ensure that your Practice Management Software version is listed below.

For new versions moving forward, generally, DI tries to stay compliant with new versions prior to General Availability (GA) release. Our recommendation is to check-in with your Dental Intelligence Team prior to updating so they can provide the correct info on versions that we are compliant with.

Important note: Please ensure that the Dentrix Enterprise auditing feature is enabled. Contact Dentrix Support for assistance verifying that the auditing settings are enabled.

Minimum Operating System Requirements

  • Windows 10

  • Window Server 2016

  • Most Recent Security Updates Installed

The Dental Intelligence service must be installed on a Windows machine.


Hardware Requirements

Minimum:

2 cores at 2.4 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 40 GB available disk space

Preferred:

4 cores at 2.4 GHz, 16+ GB RAM, 100 GB available disk space


Minimum Network Requirements

  • Business Class High Speed Internet connection

  • HTTPS over Port 443

Running the Analytics Sync Client

The Analytics Sync Client must be installed on the same machine where the Practice Management Software database is installed. The server computer running the Analytics Sync Client must remain powered on to allow the sync tool to run.
