Dental Intelligence users have access to dashboards and features in Engagement and Analytics based the permissions settings that have been set up in their user profile(s).

As a reminder: Engagement and Analytics user accounts are not linked and may require different credentials. If your practice utilizes Engagement and Analytics, make sure that you have a user account created for each module.

Engagement Users

If you can't access certain dashboards or clickable actions in Engagement, it's likely that your user permissions have not been set to 'Full' in Engagement Settings. If you need total access to certain features or actions in Engagement, make sure that your user settings are set to 'Full' for those features.

If a user has 'Limited' permissions, they may be able to view a dashboard, but are unable to click on buttons or menus to take action within the dashboard. 'Limited' permission is the equivalent to view-only access.

If a user has an access level of 'None', they will be unable to view that feature within Engagement at all.
