If you would like to request that a new payer be added to the Vyne Approved Payers List, you must provide the following information:
Your practice Facility ID
Insurance name
Payer ID
Then, submit your request to payerservices@vynedental.com.
If an eligibility and claims connection are available we will enable the requested payer for both. Note: There are some payers who may only be able to accept claims or eligibility connections.
How to locate your Facility ID
To locate your Facility ID in the DI Insurance portal, please do the following:
Login to the DI Insurance portal
Click on your name in the upper right corner
Locate your Facility ID number in the dropdown menu
