The LocalMed Patient Center is a centralized database that can help you keep track of patients that schedule online.
Use the filters available on the righthand side of the dashboard to search for patients by practice, installation type, or patient name.
The Patient Center list includes the following patient details:
First and last name
Birthdate
Email
Phone
Status
Click on the eye icon to select a patient and view additional contact details, as well as find out when the patient was last contacted.
Invite patients to schedule
From the Patient Center, click on the airplane icon to send the patient a capture notification and invite them to schedule online
Confirm that the patient's email address is correct
Select the provider that the patient should be invited to schedule with
Select a reason for visit (Note: The reason for visit options will vary based on the provider you have selected)
Select the appointment timeframe or enter a custom date
Click Send This Notification to finish
