The Morning Huddle, unlike other Dental Intel applications, is cache-based, which means we only generate the metrics on the page the first time somebody at the practice loads it for the day. This means the page will not refresh each time it is opened. This helps speed up load times on the Morning Huddle! Since the page does not refresh automatically, clearing the cache plays an important role in fixing data inaccuracies.
The first thing that we want to do is access the Morning Huddle page by clicking the little coffee cup icon in the top left hand side of the screen ☕
2. The second thing we are going to want to do is hover above the invisible area right below our initials
3. As we can see, there is a button that shows the option for Clear Cache. We will click this button and as soon as we do that, the cache will be cleared
4. The final step in the clearing cache process is to refresh the page. You can do this by hitting the refresh button in the top left hand corner of our browser. The refresh button is circled below
5. After the page is refreshed, the Morning Huddle will update instantly and we will be good to go!
