Add Appointment Type

  1. Lists > OnSchedule > Appointment Types

2. On the page that opens up, click New

3. Type a description, set an Appt Color, and change the Duration to something the practice agrees on and that matches the "Reason for visit" being added to the widget. Click OK.

4. Restart the LocalMed Connect Service so the new Appointment Type will show in the Clients App. Now you can map the Reason for Visit to the Appointment Type in EagleSoft.

Adjust Time Length of an Appointment Type

  1. Lists > OnSchedule > Appointment Types

2. Click Edit

3. Edit the Duration field

4. Click OK.

5. Restart the LocalMed Connect Service so the time will change for this Appointment Type in the Clients App.
