It is vital to a practice to reappoint all of their patients. A key metric is the hygiene reappointment percentage. This is one of few metrics where we at Dental Intelligence recommend a certain goal.
That goal is 90%
How to Set Your Goal
Access Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
Access the Team Management tab
Note: If you do not see the Settings option or the Team Management option, this means you do not have permissions enabled to access these features. Refer to an Admin team member, most likely your Office Manager or Doctor, to add these permissions for you or follow these steps in their personal log in. Click the User that you want to set goals for
Go to the Goals tab and then select the Hygiene Re-Appointment % option.
Click New Goal
This will allow you to type in the goal and click Save
Best Practice
Reappoint every patient before they leave the chair. Set this goal at 90% and hold the team accountable.
