When you delete or adjust production in Eaglesoft, be aware that Eaglesoft places a negative ( - ) production number into your data. You will see these show up from time to time in the Dental Intelligence Analytics source details (also known as source data).
The net effect gives you the correct number, but it will look a little out of place (see example below).
Wherever possible in Eaglesoft, make an "Adjustment to Adjustments." This will ensure that the adjustment will show up properly as an adjustment, not negative production in Eaglesoft.
