LiveOps®: How do I resolve the "Selected time is too soon from now" alert?

Learn how to set up LiveOps so that you can schedule patients for last minute openings

If you're trying to book an appointment on your LiveOps schedule but you see the message, "Selected time is too soon from now", you need to disable the patient-facing logic setting in LiveOps Settings.

In the LiveOps dashboard, click on the Settings button in the upper right corner.

On the LiveOps Settings page, make sure that the Follow patient-facing logic when scheduling in LiveOps checkbox is deselected.

When finished, be sure to click the blue Save button to apply your changes.

Now that the checkbox has been deselected, you are able to schedule appointments within the next 2 hours, as well as over closed/busy times/past dates.

If you would like to revert the schedule to reflect patient-facing rules when scheduling directly in LiveOps®, click the Follow patient-facing logic when scheduling in LiveOps checkbox to enable. This will prevent you from scheduling appointments within the next 2 hours.
