Important Announcement about LocalMed Services

Effective November 15th, 2025, LocalMed will be retired and we will be moving all online scheduling functionality into our unified Dental Intelligence platform within our Engagement module. With Engagement, you’ll get everything you love about LocalMed, plus powerful new tools such as:

LocalMed by Dental Intelligence has made it easier for millions of patients to schedule with their providers and look forward to enabling this for your office!

Below is the information we will need for each provider you would like to allow patients to schedule with online:

  1. Name of Provider

  2. Provider ID

  3. Provider's Operatory

  4. Provider's Schedule (days of the week + hours on each of those days)

  5. Appointment Types (which appointment types for which provider)

  6. Duration of Appointment
