In Engagement, there are multiple ways you can reset your password. Whether this be to recover your account due to a forgotten password or wanting to ensure security, refer to the following steps to learn the different ways you can reset your password.

Important note: In order to login to Engagement, you must have a user account set up first. Learn how to add users in Engagement here.

Users must be created in each product. For help logging in to Analytics, click here.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Click Forgot Password

  2. This will send an email with a Temporary Token/Code to the email associated with that account (Note: Please be sure to check your/user spam folder for the reset password email instructions if it does not appear in the email inbox)

  3. Copy and Paste this temporary code into the Change Password Prompt that will pop up in the Modento tab

  4. Enter in and confirm your new password (your password must be at least 10 characters with 2 non-letters)

  5. Click Create

Important note: If you utilize both Engagement and Analytics, changing your password in Engagement will also change your Analytics password. Please be sure to update your credential records accordingly (auto-fill settings, etc).

Login Troubleshooting

"The user credentials were not correct"

If you attempt to login to Engagement and see the error "The user credentials were not correct", please follow the instructions to reset your password.

Your new password cannot be the same as your 4 most recent previous passwords.

If you utilize both Engagement and Analytics, changing your password in Engagement will also change your Analytics password. Please be sure to update your credential records accordingly (auto-fill settings, etc).
