Accessing your LocalMed dashboard is now easier than ever! Our newest update allows you to view your LocalMed Online Scheduling Data directly within Analytics! All you have to do is click into the Online Scheduling tab found on the left hand menu inside of your Analytics Dashboard!
Note: This feature is not currently available for Denticon

Hover over the Online Scheduling tab found on the left hand menu & choose from the Online Scheduling or Patient Messaging options
Online Scheduling
The Online Scheduling option you will be able to see source data of Patients who have scheduled through LocalMed as well as a timeline of scheduled appointments and a pie chart viewing how many of those scheduled patients were New or Returning.
You can change the date range to view historical performance by clicking the calendar icon:
Patient Messaging
The Patient Messaging option, will allow you to see which patients were sent an online scheduling text using the Dental Intelligence & LocalMed messaging integration. This will also include the description, time stamp and name of the team member who sent the message for further organization.
