Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

The Call Insight notification time is what controls how long your notification will show on your screen. This notification time pre-set to five seconds and can be changed to any desired amount of time.

How to Change the Notification Time in Call Insight

  1. Access your settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left hand corner

  2. Select the Notification Time option

  3. Enter in the desired notification time

  4. Click Save
