The Call Insight notification time is what controls how long your notification will show on your screen. This notification time pre-set to five seconds and can be changed to any desired amount of time.

How to Change the Notification Time in Call Insight
Access your settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left hand corner
Select the Notification Time option
Enter in the desired notification time
Click Save
